Hello, From past 6 months while in home I am facing dizziness issue while mopping and suddenly gets up for 5-10 seconds. Everything is blackish for few seconds and then it got okay immediately specially while mopping the home.

Avoid the position in which u face dizziness, Do vestibuler rehab exercise eyes rolling side to side & up-down., check HB, BP.
