Can we take Enzoflam tablet for toothache  together with tablet Flotrol 10 (Alfusozin) for BPH after dinner

Hello i have hyperthyroidism my tsh is -

My fathers age is 79. After 6 days fever he is ok now. Last 3 days fever has not come.His sodium level reached 113.now sodium level is 130. Spo2 is 96. He is very weak now. Can not sit independently. Is he now out of danger? What will be the treatment right now?

Since day before yesterday, I am feeling like vomitting but it's not happening..I have taken 2 eno as well but it helps for a little while and after that again it starts feeling like vomitting
