I got high fever and its reduced now but i have loss of taste and smell i was under medication for fever and cold

I had fell down on April 2020 after the wound healed I was left with a scar so I'm applying scarend silicon gel still no result kindly pls help to get rid of this scar

Hi, I am having low blood pressure since 3-4 months.diet is fine. Vitamin D , B12 , thyroid also normal I feel hand and feet cold , chest tightness breathlessness and dizziness

Fatty liver from 3 year's once consulted a doctor he gave some tablets and it was ok for some time he advised to good exercise. But again the same uncomfortable. I consume alcohol weekly once and I smoke rarely. Now from 6 months I am on diet and has loose 15 kg and I feel better good but from 15 days I am experiencing uncomfortable near my liver area. Please do the needful help me out of this problem
