Since 3 days i feel little bit chest pain. I also feel neck, throat and back pain. I take betacap tr 40. Is it heart pain.

Is there any problem if I can eat multivitamin with some other medicine like pan d and one other medicine diclosys Sp .

I m 29 year old..my fingers and nails are clubbed It is different from others from childhood days ..
