Is there any multivitamin tablet for adults to take and safe for diabetic patient also to take. If suggesting, how many days and how many times can we take? Since the climate is changing and not going out wanted to know about multi vitamin tablets also.

My bmi is 28. I eat healthy .I have migraine . Can I do juice detox to cleanse my body. Please suggest . If I can do can I do it for three days

Respected Doctor, I'm sharing details regarding my wife aged 38 years hoping to receive some guidance:- 1. On 11.9 2020 she got fever at 99 with nasal irritation in the evening. She had ice-cream in the afternoon. 2. Nasal irritation is not present now since yesterday. 3. But, fever is present between 99-100 during the last four days which subsides in night. 2  No other symptoms only fever. Appetite is normal. 3. Taking Azythromycin 500 once a day, Montac LC once a day, Crocin SOS. But fever is still there. 4. She is homely and didn't get in touch with any Covid positive recently. Please tell whether is it Covid or could be any other infection.

My primary DPT immunization was complete (3 doses, each 4 weeks apart) and my 1st booster dose was 20 months apart from the last dose of primary immunization but I missed the second booster dose at 5 years. Today I got a minor cut and my last TT injection was 12 months back. Do I need to take a TT injection again?

I am having left side chest pain & center pain from last 5 months. Done ECG & chest x-ray both were normal. With same I tested positive for hpylori & completed my 2 weeks course & still on medicine for next one month. I thought it was due to acid reflux & it will gone after medicine but still I have pain. I feel discomfort in my left breast.. pain is between underarms to up front side & having headache also from last one month.. I m tired of all these plz suggest something. Hello doctor, for the past 2 weeks I have been having Persistent Dry coughing which worsens when lying down. The feeling of mucus accumulation is felt around throat and chest area. Tried OTC cough syrups, specific dry cough syrups like Benadryl DR, lozenges but they provide temporary relief. I have tested for covid antigen twice in 2 weeks with 1 week gap in between and both reports are negative. I'm also on psychiatric medications for depression and anxiety as well as hypertension medications for the past 7-8 years. Similar symptoms were reported in last December 2019 and my chest x-ray showed some signs of pneumonia. Later sputum report confirmed it to be streptococcus pneumoniae and was treated with antibiotics and recovered from it. Is it possible if it is somewhat relapse of the same thing or could it be something else.

My father is coughing up hard chunks/ balls of Phelgm every morning, which is not like the normal saliva rather a greyish black cotton ball like. Occasionally it's yellow. As the day progresses, the phelgm remains thick but is not like the one in the morning. The phelgm also contains black particles, even though he is a non smoker. He has no fever. No diabetes, though he is taking medication for thyroid. This has been going in for a few months now. Other things are normal. Please suggest a remedy.
