Hi I vomited yellow color today morning suddenly. Is it normal. From yesterday I feel my food is not getting digested properly. I took antacids Pan 40mg yesterday night.

Continue Tab Pan 40 for 1 week once a day Avoid spicy food ,carbonated drinks food with high fat content Drink plenty of water Adequate sleep Exercise regularly
