How to take econorm medicine? Twice a day? After dinner and breakfast or before? ... ... ... ... ...

I have pain in abdomen behind near lower rib and sometimes the pain in upper part of left rib .. what can be the cause and what medicine should I eat !!! Not sure if this is any organ pain or normal back pain and I feel gastric also ..Can this be because of gastric pain .. please help

Have one side jaw pain...headache...pain n presuure in one eye...pain in temple area...right side neck and sometimes...hand numbness. Had some sensation in cheek and eye area for last some days. But now when i open my mouth full...my cheek start twitch. Also when i eat something that needs cheweing my jaw and eye pains and cheek.twitch. i had a infected wisdom tooth which was removed on 19 october.

I am taking Ayush kwath which consists of zinger , cinamon, Tulsi leaves, black pepper. My question is I shall go for sugar level test in my blood , though I am not diabetic till now. So may I take this ??? I shall go for fasting and p.p test to measure sugar level in blood.
