Can someone plz check my report and check is everything normal. I have got fever somedays ago but now no fever but I still feel weak

Got report from lab. Vit D 25 : 17.50 is & Vit B12 211is. Pls suggest what should be the next step

Previously I was diagnosed with thyroid on December 2019. That time my thyroid level was 11.2. I am taking thyronorm 75mg. Now I've tested it again , now my thyroid level is 3.9 How much mg medicine I have to take?

Getting constant fever (100) from 4 days .Feeling low and not able to eat properly. Feeling bitterness in all food .

I am not sure what is the exactly problem but my mother is suffering with problems like hot flashes, anxiety, less hunger, feel vomiting while eating something, weakness, silly behaviour i thought these are due to harmons change but i am not sure whether it is a menopause problem or not so can you please advice do i need to contact general physician or a gynecologist

My Dad was using Zincovit tabs after a surgery as a vitamin supplement. Can my mother be given the same daily? Does it have any side effects? Also suggest if there is any alternative.

There is a constant itch due to rash which came with the fever I am tested negative for coronavirus and dengue. Fever has subsided 2 days back. But itching is troubling.

My height is 5 feet 9 inch and weight is 55 kg I eat lot a food but my weight is not increasing I have about 1 lakh platelets ,white layer on tongue ,watery eyes and watery eyes  specially in the morning . When i go for latrine in the morning i feel very weak then. These problems are from last 10 years What should i do and which test will diagnosis my problem?
