Flu

A little cough and cold when i worked in kitchen with water. Please suggest what's the symptom as it is not a cough

My Father has fever for 11 days, on the thurd day he was relatively well, and he got vaccinated (flu vaccine) but since then his fever is not dropping (100° F) om the 5th day he developed cough and chest congestion, we got him an RAT, rtPCR for covid but both are negative, then we opted for a chest Xray but the X ray was clear, meanwhile we performed several other test like LFT , KFT , Uric acid, Urine examination all are normal except LFT (Raised ALT AST because of Fatty Liver) His condition is not improving.

12 hours ago I accidentally ingested body wash while bathing. I vomitted thrice right after it in 2 hours. My family doctor gave me emeset. Morning I went to a local 24hrs and they suggested stomach wash and then IV. My mouth still feels like soap and foamy. Should I do stomach wash? Or simply let it go. Will it be okay in 24hours?

Hello Doctor, My Father has been developing abnormal swelling on different features of his face started with upper lip 2 weeks back, left side of his face started near his eyes and left his whole left side swollen 3 days back and now today it is right side. In my cbc My TLC is 5000, haemoglobin 14.2, platelet 1.8L and ESR 10. Lymphocyte is 29.5% but absolute lymphocyte count is 1475. Is absolute lymphocyte count is low? 2 months ago i was suffering from gastritis TLC was 8400.
