I got periods on 1-Sep-2020 and no periods after that so visited gynaec and took Ova Gold and Medroxyprogestrone Tablets and got period on 4-Jan-2020. I am diagnosed with PCOS and now TTC so on medication right now (Cystop m for 30 days and letrozole for 10 days). From 16th Jan (13th day from my period date) till today I am having periods like spotting. Can I know the reason for this please.

I did a routine test of thyroid hormone. My TSH Level is 5.71 (0.27-4.20 being normal range). I take Thyrox 50 every morning empty stomach. Kindly suggest any precaution to be taken for increased TSH level

Hello, My feet and halfway up my knee become painfully cold. It used to freezing cold but now the pain has surpassed the cold. No diabetes. Vegetarian diet, so potentially low on b12 vitamins. No nerve damage as such but hands used to spasm and unconsciously jerk sometimes. Doesn't happen anymore. Hands used to be cold too but that surprisingly disappeared.
