Ongoing headaches and breathing problems
I am having these episodes of breathless ness about 2-3 times a day. There is an ongoing headache which is mostly there it is a feeling on tension in the head. Feeling of tiredness and fatigue almost every day from morning to evening. These symptoms get worse in the evenings. My BP is mostly normal. I have consulted a GP and he gave some anxiety medicine and they work only for a period and when I stop taking again same issue.

Next Steps
you should start taking a short course of sumatriptan and paracetamol for pain relief when required
