Breathing problems and headaches

I feel that during these days while helping in house hold works I have smelled phenyl Dettol bleach while cleaning surfaces . As a result I am feeling headaches and breathing problems. Can it be because of the allergies from the smell of the mentioned chemicals and what are the medicines and treatment for that?
