Hi my age is 24 and sometimes I can't speak properly...i am having speech problem like i say "la" instead of "ra", "ja" instead of "za", "sa" instead of "sha"... because of this issue I can't speak properly in public because sometimes they can't understand and they make fun of it ...is there any treatment for this ?

I had been taking saheli as a birth control pill but since it is no longer available in the market, I was advised to switch to Sevista 30 instead.  For Saheli I followed the instructions on the pack & took 2 pills every week(Mon and Thurs) for 12 weeks and after that I took a pill every week. I have had no side effects or issues with Saheli. I just wanted confirm if the usage for Sevista 30 is the same as Saheli?

I had strong chest pain radiating to right side back 3 times in January 1st week. 5-6 times light chest pains in 2nd and 3rd week of January. First pain was feeling like something is stuck in my throat and chest but now it's just little pain that's bothering me. My doctor feels like it's a pain due to gas and I'm currently taking Veloz-L daily. My doctor suggested me a USG-WA in which it was written that there are some developing cysts in my ovaries but the doctor told me that everything is okay and I have to give time to the medication. But I'm still feeling the pain. What should I do??

I am having cramps in my legs and hands, twitching of muscles in hands and back. Also, I am suffering from gas and acidity. I did ecg and echo which is normal. However, my vitamin b12 is 246.9 and vitamin d is 18.36, calcium and iron are normal. My was suddenly raised to 160/100 around 2 days back however it's normal now. My doctor has suggested tablets for acidity and vitamin injection single dose and tablets. Do I need to do something else as I want a second opinion.

I want to know what is happening to her all of a sudden when she wakes up from sleep she gets unconscious and over her neck red scars are there while for sometime she can't recognize anyone...this has happened 2 times once in October and another time in December...while all her City Scan MRI , EEG reports were normal.

I was doing first USG in first trimester and found the gastogical age is 6 weeks 6 days ( heart beat was detected) and expected delivery date is 28 July. Now I was going for USG NT scan, the expected delivery date got changed to 24 July and Gastogical age also increased by 4 more days. Could you please advice, is this something wrong. My weight also lose to 2 kg and I am having pcos.
