I am 31yrs old , i had diagnosed covid 19 positive on 5th jan 2021, mild symptom like lost test, i have completed my isolation 14 days , if i test now will it be negative?? Because my office need that negative certificate, after 14 days  can   virus transmitted through me???

I got periods on 1-Sep-2020 and no periods after that so visited gynaec and took Ova Gold and Medroxyprogestrone Tablets and got period on 4-Jan-2020. I am diagnosed with PCOS and now TTC so on medication right now (Cystop m for 30 days and letrozole for 10 days). From 16th Jan (13th day from my period date) till today I am having periods like spotting. Can I know the reason for this please.
