I have been experiencing 102F fever and extreme headache. I can't sleep properly and I wake up every 2 hours for loose motion. I'm feeling very weak, and getting vomiting smell in mouth but can't vomit. I tried paracetamol 500mg, but didn't help much.

Nasal dryness and red bulge.

Help with medication!
I have been prescribed Neurokind-G for my tinnitus, but it seems when i eat it sometimes i start sweating even if its cold outside and i guess my bp increases, and also i feel my palms to be a little swollen, so, should I continue with the medicine or should I consult with my doctor for these reactions and find alternatives?
