Not feeling healthy since 7months
Post Covid health is not like before. This is affecting my day to day activities. I feel better than before though. Wondering if recovery takes that long.. below are my concerns 1. I have left side chest pain which aches to my left side upper back and left side arm pit since 7 months now.. sometimes, something stuck in the center of chest or some weird pressure. (Ecg, 2d echo taken 3 months ago was normal) 2. I keep taking deep breaths through mouth as if I need more oxygen. At times, I gasp air for a second.. unable to explain how tat feels.. weird feeling back of my head as if my head is going to a side and I need more air.. I end up taking deep breath then.. this is recurring through out the day 3. Spo2 levels while I lie down are between 94-96. When I sit upright it shows 96-99 4. I often feel numbness in my head like the cramps we have in legs n hands.. this has reduced a lot compared to before.. 5. CBC hb count is 12.3. T3 levels are 0.5 and t4 and tsh are normal within limits.
