My wife is having severe thump pain and full hand pain. She cant hold anything . what could be the reason ? Which doctor to consult ? Is there any home remedy.

Iam getting temperature of 101f and immediately it varies into 98.1 with in one hour.from one week. There is no other symptoms. Any medical advice please.

Hello Doctor my wife is feeling weak, like lack of energy in body. She's getting tired when she do works. But Her body mussels are not paining. I have checked her Body temperature it's below 98. Her Heart Rates are 72-80, SpO2 97-98. Also she is feeling thirsty again & again. We only take 1 meal in a day. Doctor Why she's might be feeling weak or lack of energy? I am feeling itchy, mainly in palms and foot, sometime in whole body for almost last 5 years. Once a doctor prescribed me Atarax 10 tab for this. So after consuming the tab, I feel no itching at all. But I am consuming this tab almost 5 years. Generally I take it after 2 or 3 days. But I am not sure about the main issue. Why do I need to take the tab? Do I need to take it for the rest of my life? I want to know the real cause so that I can stop having the tab. Currently I am having BP medications and had IBS type disease. But I am fine now.
