Continues Omiting 3 year son
Hi ,
Please suggest me my child continusly omitting from yesterday after having Water or anything, i have moved to my native place ,after that he is facing such issue ,have visited to the doctor also but he suggested that not to worry but my son is not feeling well n not able to have a water also ,felling weekness hour by hour , please help me.

Give injection domperidone half ml IM. Wait for 30-45 minutes. First give water and wait for 15 minutes, if no vomitting give milk. Tomorrow give semisolid foods without spices.
if.the vomitting don't stop admit in hospital.
