Hi, My vitamin B12 is 105 & Vitamin D is 24.7. I am taking Methylcobalamin 500mcg tab morning & Vitamin D sachet on Sunday. I still feel fatigue ( sometimes extreme fatigue ) in morning or other times in a day & sometimes pins in the legs. I feel the tab & sachet is not enough. My Total bilirubin is 1.47. Kindly help

Hello, My wife is feeling chillness along with fevera since yesterday evening. She doesn't have cold or cough and it's only fever and she is feeling chillness. During lockdown I had habit of overeating. So is overeating or taking OLIMELT 2.5 responsible for my weight gain ???
