Body pain due to change in footwear. I am facing this problem since last 5-7 years. But now the problem is worsening. Initially I tried various soles & comfortable PU sole footwear. Then started wearing Dr Scholl footwear, later on I started having foot pain in those as well. Since last 3 years, I have been wearing only sports shoes (Asics, Nike) even in my office or any function. I get foot pain, then knee pain & gradually the pain rises to the back. I recently ordered couple of slippers for home & tried 2 of them because of which since 3 days I'm having lower back & shoulder pain. Please advise. Age 34, weight 89, hypothyroidism (taking eltroxin 125), glycosylated hb 6.3, vit D 21 (taking liquid weekly)

Hello, I recently got my vitamin profile tested since I am usually low on vit d (reports attached) from the time I had cervical spondylosis. Please advice what should be my course of action basis the reports. Kindly note I also take Amlong 5mg (prescribed) due to high blood pressure.

Hi doctor greetings I am 23 yrs old male and last two days I am experiencing mild ache in my scrotum especially when scrotum is loose  or when I walk or Jump. Consulted a general surgeon nearby and done USG of my scrotum to check whether there is torsion or epididymis or any other issues but everything is fine. Mild pain comes when the scrotum is loose and if there is any movement any treatment or remedies for the same please.thanks..

Dizziness, lightheadedness, nausea, blurry vision after walking for a while since 1 month. 2D echo and TMT test done 2 years back. Normal. ECG is also normal. Bsl pp 100, fasting 85, random 89.

I feel more mass under my right side of tongue which touching it with tongue. I think its the sublingual fold of tongue. i feel more and larger mass and fold on one side compared to other. Please tell is it concerning? See picture for more clearity. Please tell I am worried about this.
