Hi, my wife is using Lactare capsules for improving breast milk since 1 and 1/2 months i.e from the date of delivery of our baby. Can she continue to use these capsules for 1 year or will be there any side effects for using these for a prolonged period.

How to identify chicken pox?
Today morning I saw two tiny bumps on my left arm filled with water. Though I don't have high temperature but feeling like fever. One of my family member suffered from chicken pox before 15 days. Please help me to know is this bumps are chicken pox ?
