Why my finger shake after doing some physical work when kept in certain positions and also fatigue what can I do to tackle this

During August my weight was 78kg. Then from September 15 I started consuming OLIMELT 2.5 under a psychiatrist for my psychological problems. When I checked my weight on November it was 86 kgs. During lockdown I had habit of overeating. So is overeating or taking OLIMELT 2.5 responsible for my weight gain ???

Hi I am 23 yrs old male and for the past two weeks I was having cold and since yesterday I am experiencing sharp throbbing headache especially on left side of head when I try to sleep on my left (no nausea, vomiting sensation) and no injuries to the head as well.. please help me regarding the same thanks.

Namaste Doctors! My b12 results are 198 and vitamin D are 26. Still some symptoms are confusing. My neck pain is leading to dizziness in my head, feeling like some negative will happen, fear etc. MRI for neck shows mild bulges. Kind Muscle strain at back near scapula that go off in 5-10 min. Bt under arm the muscle strain occurs I feel like gas.i feel that gastric pain as heart problem. My echo, ecg all are normal. Ct brain also normal. But these problems are irritating. I felt very much better than before, but still troubling. I'm taking beplex forte. Is all these are normal? Thank u

Body pain due to change in footwear. I am facing this problem since last 5-7 years. But now the problem is worsening. Initially I tried various soles & comfortable PU sole footwear. Then started wearing Dr Scholl footwear, later on I started having foot pain in those as well. Since last 3 years, I have been wearing only sports shoes (Asics, Nike) even in my office or any function. I get foot pain, then knee pain & gradually the pain rises to the back. I recently ordered couple of slippers for home & tried 2 of them because of which since 3 days I'm having lower back & shoulder pain. Please advise. Age 34, weight 89, hypothyroidism (taking eltroxin 125), glycosylated hb 6.3, vit D 21 (taking liquid weekly)

Hello, I recently got my vitamin profile tested since I am usually low on vit d (reports attached) from the time I had cervical spondylosis. Please advice what should be my course of action basis the reports. Kindly note I also take Amlong 5mg (prescribed) due to high blood pressure.
