Doctor gave me nurokind plus rf for vitamin b12 deficincy age -22 female! How long do i have to take this medicine ? Please help how long do i take I cannot connect to doctor who prescribed me

Hi Doctors , Today I done test for Typiod below are the results . Salmonella Typhi 'O' is 1:160 Salmonella Typhi 'H' is 1:160 Salmonella paratyphi 'AH' is 1:40 Salmonella paray 'BH' is 1:40 Could you please conform I have Typiod or not. If I have Typiod positive what should I do please suggest me same.

I had high triglycerides level but after a month and a half of eating Atorva 20 and exercise and diet. The triglycerides level are normal along with other lipid profile. One doctor suggest me to stop taking Atorva as the levels are normal. So I stopped. But now Another doctor suggests me to keep taking Atorva 10. What should I do? What is the best advice?

Facing high bp I had bp 170/100. After taking medicine my bp falls down but it not become normal its between 130/80 to 140/90. I started walking and yoga.. I have thyroid problem also it is 6.85 but I am not taking medicine for that..I have acidity lower abdomen lower back and pelvic pain. Inconsistency in urine sometimes frequent urination and sometime less urination.i have done test but it was all normal. I am on medication for last 7 days. I am a working women I don't want to take medicine for whole life.. my doctor has told me that I have to medicine till my bp is 110/70..

My husband and me have been tested positive it's 7 days but he is a smoker and he has cough because of which his oxygen levels are dropping till 93 and then when he does breathing exercise he is getting back but when he does the exercise he get cough which is not able to do pls suggest how to maintain oxygen level
