I am supposed to take my first dose of covishield on 13th jan ...how long after the first dose of covishield vaccine will i develop immunity ?

Wife having diarrhoea and fever since last 2 days. Is SpO2 level of 94 measured by pulse oximeter safe?When shall we get concerned with it? No breathlessness as such and no cough either. Please advise.

Hi, my husband age is 39, he had viral fever, cold and cough from past 3 days. He took tablet, now fever reduced. Blood report normal no malaria, no thyphoid Yesterday platelet count was 1.51, wbc 7,200 He gave papaya leaf tablet. Had papaya Today platelet count 1.67, wbc 5,800. Platelet  increased but wbc decreased as 5,800 Is this normal in viral fever?

My mother has suffering with right hand pain I have consultation tomorrow .. today I take her and did aCT scan.. attached for ref pls check and advise this needs to reduce with medicines or we need to admit

My wife had lost weight 4 to 5 kg in 4 month's unexpectedly. We we did some test & found ' microcytic hypochromic anemia' and haemoglobin- 8.6 and symptoms was weakness and pain in abdomen. Then we met a physician and he recommended "widal test" and test came positive. And he also diagnosed swelling in intestine. Pls advise what could the exact reason for weight loss.

I have had indigestion and gastric issues for a long long time, almost since childhood. Mostly constipation. Recently i have seen some random skin allergies where my skin develops red rashes which itch and then vanish in 10 15 minutes. I guess i am having some allergies/intolerance. But i am unable to figure out what tests i need to get done since both the symptoms very different from each other. Could be gluten, lactose (common things i have been hearing about) or anything else. Need suggestion on which tests i need to get done? Food allergy? Food intolerance? Or anything else that exists?
