For how long does one need to continue medication for increased bp level ? Earlier it was at high level (160+) ,medicine started since 2 weeks and bp is in range of 130-140/90-105 after monitoring for 2-3 times at different time interval .Age -65.

My mother has got this bells palsy n on 4th day she is feeling little better but tiredness when she wakes up n den gradually reduces and only while eating smiling the mouth goes cross rest all no probs pls tell me is it serious problem and is this curable she is taking medicines omnacortil 10 with rantac and one BP tablet Please tell me I m in big tension pls help me 🙏

Is it mandatory to take food before taking tablets?? I am in diet from few months,Recently doctor suggested me to take few medicines after breakfast But I am in diet,I take brunch @12 pm & early dinner @ 7.30  Pm I don't take breakfast in morning times due to diet control... 1) can I skip the medicines to afternoon or else we need to take food compulsory before getting tablets?? 2) what happnes if we take medicines without taking food?? Is food intake compulsory before taking medicines?? Please give answers for my doubts regarding the above issues
