Hi doctors I am covid recovered patient and completed 28 days. My recent x ray also came normal. My sp02 is maintain 96-97 after 6 mim walk test every day. I am facing light dizziness since two week. It comes all of sudden after every 3-4 days. Feel like head shake for seconds. It is more when I lye down. What could be reason? There is no headache. It is just feel of dizziness and shake kind.

I am suffering from fever which starts daily in evening and increases on exertion and after rest it becomes normal, this is happening from last 3months. only esr and crp rises and montaux is positive. esr -26 crp- 11 hepatitis, hiv, tb gold, ra factor, thyroid cect chest, cect whole abdomen all are normal. help me what to do?
