Dolo can be taken after meftal forte
My mother is having 100 fever at 4 PM..she took meftal forte but after 3 hours it doesn't comes down...can she take dolo 500 or 650?

Yes, you can give your mother dolo 650 tablet.
If symptoms persist, get a covid rtpcr done.
Maybe malaria or dengue also, but better to rule out covid.

I think you should try dolo 650mg.it wont harm.basically our main concern is to bring down temp now
