Hi from aug iam having fatigue and upper chest upper back pain and shortness of breath from few days left shoulder and breast pain .alos iam noticing from few months of iam taking blood test the place is having pain for several days recently 10 days back I took pain injection on back it is still paining it is taking very long time to heal .why is it so am I suffering from any disease .I took cbp crp normal vit b12 normal esr 28 vit d3 15.5 taking vit d3 supplements.plz help me out iam not understanding what's wrong with my body thank you
