Recently i have observed that i am getting wound marks without any injury, the first picture is the new mark when I woke up today, and it's itching and little sory, i am not sure if it's some bug bite, but m worried why this is happening, please help me. Also while working out in gym, i see cut marks forming in arms without any injury,

Hi, Due to fluctuations in my bilirubin ( recent test total bilirubin - 1.79 ) Doctor told I may have Gilbert syndrome. He also informed to eat anything & not to restrict in foods. Can I really eat everything including meat? Or should i not eat foods with oily, fried foods & meat. Please suggest what should I do to lower my bilirubin levels.
