Hello doctor, There is mild pain in my left testic . When I apply ice i get some relief and next day again it starts paining. Is it normal?

My both foot palms are swelling and unable to walk. If I try to walk all over my every veins are giving me like needle pain. Already visited docter for 3 times  he said its vitamin deficiency but only 5 days only i'm getting normal after doctor visit. Its keep on coming.please help me anybody . I feel so weak also

I had a second c section in November but that day to this day I have siviour weekness in body tiredness and my legs feels like floating in first 2 months I have experienced a cool sensation in spine and head pls help

Its been 3 years , i always feel nauseous when i travel in car. I dont like the citrus flavoured car freshener the uber driver uses and also i think its because of the Ac too. But this nausea doesnt just go away when i get down from the car, it persists for few hours. The uneasy feeling a mild headache and the urge to throw up is very high after a car ride. Please suggest what should i do? Or if i need to visit a doctor regarding this.

Is it normal to have a prolonged fever of 7-8 days during covid? My mother is suffering from fever with some dry cough and no breathlessness etc. is this long fever cycle normal?

Since last week I developed this pimple or lump, shown in the photo behind me ear and newr mastoid, i have tinnitus too in both the ears, and m scared if this is mastoiditis:(.
