My hair is pretty good an strong too. But from past 5 months I am experiencing extreme hair fall. Anytime combing, or just waving in my hair could easily see lots of hair in my hand. Also while giving massage to my head I feel my head has become sensitive to pain. I always feel like my head is heavy and has pain points. Whenever I go for scalp massage I feel extrem pain .What can I do ?

I started my new exercise routine in gym... 2 days strength training with one day gap... Other 3 day cardio... Not pushing myself very hard... My inguinal hernia surgery was done 2 weeks ago and drips and several other injections were given to arms. There are yellowish and brown patches on arms even today. Do I need to worry about it?
