D dimer less than 200 units is normal. Takes about 15 days to come down in an avg patient.
Next Steps
get repeat values every 3 days, to follow the trend. subcutaneous clexane helps to prevent clotting. dose to be decided on individual basis. depending on d dimer and platelet count. no one monitoring required. but bleeding tendencies with the treatment should be watched out for.

D dimer usaully takes weeks to months to get normalise completely. Crp comparitively takes lesser time to normalise. Both are considered as markers of inflammation going on in body against any insult(usually a viral or bacterial infection).
Next Steps
Get repeat CRP done after 3-5 days, and with proper treatment and good  response from the body you will notice the crp start decreasing. And D dimer will start decreasing little late but not to worry about it much.
Health Tips
proper steroid and anticoagulants treatment will help in reducing the levels of D dimer and crp.
