Hi Doctor, I recently did a full-body health check and most parameters are normal. I follow a clean vegetarian diet, rich in protein (90–100g/day from milk, curd, whey, etc.), maintain a calorie deficit for fat loss, and work out 4 days a week.
I need your guidance on a few findings:
Vitamin B12 – 109 pg/mL (Low) – what should I do? Any need for further tests like methylmalonic acid or homocysteine?
Vitamin D – 25 ng/mL (Low) – how can I bring this up?
hs-
CRP – 3.3 mg/L (High) – does this need attention or follow-up?
Transferrin Saturation – 19% (Low-Normal) – should I test serum
ferritin to check iron levels?
PDW – 15.8 fL (High), PLCR – 43.1% (High) – are these concerning or linked to inflammation?
