I had recently Vit D & B12 Deficiency, Now Levels are normal but have little bit body ache, Is ALP high because of recovering from Vit D Deficiency? And Mild Direct Bilirubin elevation has any link with Vit D & B12 deficiency. ( CBC & USG is normal). Plz Help

Firstly, bilirubin and alp levels are not related with vit D and B12 and secondly, bilirubin is directly related to diet , any elevated levels could be because of eating a fatty meal, alcohol consumption, and even excessive caffeine intake, and this gets resolved by the body automatically, no need to worry

Yes, ALP is high most likely due to vit d deficiency. It might just be due to nutritional causes. Please consider good intake of foods rich in calcium, vit b12.
