My body temperature shoot up anytime. No cold symptoms. It occurs every now and then. I put wet clothes on my forehead to lessen the temperature.

I have allergy problem, doctors give antihistamines, my symptoms goes after taking it, Some doctors also prescribe steroid, after taking this also my symptoms go away. Do both this medicines work the same way?

Widal test done yesterday. Salmonella typhi O - 1:160 Typhi H - 1:320 Paratyphi AH - 1:160 Paratyphi BH - 1:160 These are 5 days of taking Zifi-O. Current symptoms are - weakness, rise in temp every 8-9 hrs (after half Dolo). Few days back, rise in temp used to be every 6 hrs (after full Dolo). Covid negative. Do I have typhoid and what should be the treatment?
