Hello Doctor I accidently killed a small puppy (around 2 weekly old) which came under my bike in front of my house. I disposed it off without touching it. I didn't washed my hands properly with soap and accidently washed my face from then I'm feeling stomach pain, nausea and anxiety. Did I develop any infection? Do I need to take any vaccine? How do I know if the vacutainer needle is already used because in case of syringe it taken out from a packet in front of patients but vacutainer needle is simply taken out from box  and there is no packet from which it is taken out so there a chances that it turns out to be a used needle .??
