Today i saw blood during passing stool and this happened first time with me. there was no pain ..no cramps. I have constipation problem but stool was normal than constipation. i am surprised. Hello, I have had mirena IUD two days ago.since that day I'm having nausea, light headedness, lower abdominal pain, cramps, feeling fullness in lower abdomen, feeling sore from hips down, yellowish discharge. I'm using meftal spas 2 times daily for 3 days and azitromycin  once for 5 days. Please help me..I'm feeling sick nauseated n unable to stand for longer time.
