Please suggest best yet effective and safe tablet for headache with no side effects. I currently take saridon every weeek ( once ) which i think is not safe? I regularly need a tablet once a week this is compulsory as I have headache once a week and I really don't know why.

Dear doctor, I feel very tired always I took blood test recently my iron and vitamin D is too low and I have just started medication for that, but I have excessive sleepiness all the tine.
