From last 1 year I had.dianogsed with hypothyroidism... Initially it was 23.5 TSH but after 3 months it became 4.25 TSH.. presently I m facing the problem of hair loss.. eye pain .. and little sore throat... Also I had a little problem in breathing from last1 year (normal breathing are as usual face no problem) but sometimes feels problem in deep breath... What is the issue...PlZ tell...

After eating breakfast I have mild chest heaviness left side and left hand and forearm feels hot i go breathlesness lethargy and lightheadedness on left side.. I have been experiencing racing heart symptoms from couple of years now. It does not occur daily but twice or thrice a month.Few of the instances are like: When I wake from my bed in the morning. I am working on something in my office and heart beats starts raising.Sometime it's when I have heavy load of work and sometimes I don't have much load of work. Basically,it occurs atany time if the day which I am unable to understand.So whenever this occurs I try to engage my mind in two different things like watching something and working simultaneously etc and it helps.

Hi, Is it safe to take 10,000 mcg biotin daily? If not what would be the ideal dosage for daily consumption? Are there any major side effects on to be wary of for long term use? Planning to take for tackling hair loss and thinning problem. Kindly advise. Thanks
