Stomach ache & motion/pressure on eating

Hi Doctor, My sister is having an stomach ache whenever she eats anything (even a small amount) and feels like going for potty. It's not like loose motion, not fully liquid. She is around 38 years old. And it's been around 10 days like this. Can you please suggest.
