Dysentery and vomit occur 2 times and weakness .what to do and what's the cause .is it of bcoz cold or other reason. Not drink enough water before sleeping last night.

Hi Dr. I have ongoing fever from last few days and i have observed my temperature increases as when i take hot water and check my temperature. Fever shows normal after 2 hours or so. Does hot water affects body temperature or should i stop taking hot water for few days? Suggest me asap

I had spotting for 4-5 days before period starts. I took meprate 10 mg 3 days before my expected period date to prevent spotting but still it is spotting hence I have discontinued after 2 days. Is it true if I stop meprate it will cause heavy bleeding??

My mom took covishield vaccine first dose on Monday and still has mild fever, pain at the site and fatigue (from 5 days). Is it usual for the side effects to last a week and is it ok to take paracetamol till she's fine? When should we be concerned ?

I survived drug resistant infection 7 years ago, Almost all antibiotics failed that time , and only by boosting the immune system i m still alive, the infection is still not gone but somehow body kept it under control, and whenever there is an immune system week, this infection comes back. And needs hospitalisation, But till today, which is this infection, it is just a mystery, , no malaria, no typhoid, no hiv, no hepatitis, no syphilis, and did many X-rays, mri, etc etc. doctors send me to a psychiatrist, i tried that too, but useless. How to diagnose and remove this infection, its been 7 years now, And please. NO psychiatrist anymore! I am fed of this nonsense psychiatrist treatment

When I do little intense excersise. I feel too hungry so I eat sattu and oats and some other foods as well. But what happens it seems like gas is formed and then it raises to my head. And my head starts to pain and it continues like any thing. And it only heals when I go for sleep overnight and wake up. Or sometimes headache is too much that I end up vomiting and then it heals within hour or so. I don't feel bloating in my stomach. What should I do? Any suggestions would be helpful.

My cousin gets a warm feeling in left upper arm and chest when talking . It feels hot and there is pain in upper after that which gets relieved after sometime.
