I am 35 yrs old... I have muscle ache and slight tiredness past 3 days...5 days ago I had my periods. First time I am having this after periods...not sure I am feeling like this due to periods over. Especially I am having this ache and tenderness in my legs. Please advise on how to get rid of this. I had Covid 8 months ago. Will I get again..as I am afraid of this muscle ache and slight tiredness.

Can i take calcium supplement first thing in the morning with some milk. Or should k have it after meal
