I Dr., I have cold from 5 days. In starting i used to sneez a lot. But from two days there is no sneezing. Only cold and some headache Also. Now I sneez 5-6 times a day from two days. And also there is runny nose. Which medicine should i take? I have not taken any medicine yet.
