I am having left side chest pain and constant 24*7 headache since 1 months...I have tested my blood and urine sample and both are normal...I am taking antibodies tablets but of no use...what to do? I am not having fever as per now

I am experiencing heaviness and slight pain in my left breast for sometime now. I can see some swelling too. When I raise my hand I feel something like a lump on my breast but I can't be sure of it. There is no discharge. It does intensify during my mensus. What should be done?

My routine: I do have work hours from 12 pm to 9.30pm where I need to use laptop(IT professional) I do wake up late in the morning around 11 and sleep by 1 am at night. I am eating home food mostly. I got Covid-19 positive, so I have started corona treatment by prescribed by a Doctor. There is one tablet which Febi Flu in the course. Now my doubt is that, one of my friend who is also a doctor said that this medicine has many side effects and don't need to take this medicine. I also searched on Google and YouTube and got mixed information which confused me more. There is one video on you tube which says it (FebiFlu) change your DNA/RNA structure which impact your future generation. Please suggest, shall I continue with FebiFlu or skip it.

My covid rtpcr report is negative, HRCT scan normal and score is 0. I have still a throat pain on the left side of the throat. Now i am having Azithromycin and monoxil fx and other multivitamin. But even after taken for 2 days. Till now no releif in pain. Please suggest me what to do.
