My father 2 days back tested possitive in rapid test and RTPCR test result awaited. We have consulted general physician and taken prescribe medicines for covid 19. But my father having fever from last 3 days approx 100 to 101 degree it was not go down and have some mild cough. No other symptoms as of now. Need advise whether he will continue isolate in home and take prescribe medicine and fever will go down in next few days or we need to take some proactive action now. Please help

I am 22 year old female. I got tested covid positive on March 29th and as per doctors guidance quarantine myself, took medication and on April 12th got tested negative. Just after two days I was experiencing sore throat or throat pain. To be on the safer side. Got tested again. Results came in positive (CT26:01). I don't know how? our family doctor has advised to take multivitamins and drink hot water. I am planning on flying abroad in april last week. Could you please suggest me something here?
