My friend recently developed breathing issues Two days back she had fever and also her father is Covid postive What should we do about this???

I was having a little breathing issue from 8th April, so I took Azithromycin 250mg dose 2 times a day for 5 days, my covid report came on 12, and according to my prescription my doc said if you have taken azithromycin don't continue now, the day before yesterday and yesterday I had a little discomfort (a little pain and congestion) on the left side chest and my left arm was in little pain too .. so as I read about Azithromycin .. I took 250mg tab yesterday in morning and evening .. I'm relaxed today .. my question is do I need to continue Azithromycin for some more days .. or is there anything else ... And yes steam inhalation helps a lot .. please suggest .. I have shared my prescription that I'm taking..

My mother in law age 65 has loose /wet cough since a week.do oxygen level hours down due to cough also .her oxygen level is 91-92 since 3-4 days .she has been reported negative in covid 19 RTPCR test. Please guide

Hi my mil is in close proximity to a covid patient and I am constantly worried. What vitamins and multivitamins should I give her so that she can improve her immunity. She is healthy but lives in a village and vegetarian so multivitamins knowledge is out of question. As for diet I'm not very satisfied with the diet she takes and her protein intake is almost nil. She got her first dose of vaccine after much pressure.

My father is covid +ve & his TSH4 is 30 , can there be some problem due to it ? Should I give him thyroid medicine alogwith covid medicine ?

I have been suffering with cough from last one week and have gone through covid test and fortunately the result is negative. I have no other problem or allergies. Cough, i could notice phlegm.

I am 33 years male. Was having fever ranging from 99.5 to 101.5 for 2-3 days around 28th March. Later was diagnosed with Covid positive on 3rd April 2021 with no other symptoms except dry cough during quarantine period. As per records my quarantine period got over on 13th Apr 2021. I had taken following medications during that period. Doxycycline twice a day Ivermectin 12 mg fr 3 days Cobadex CZS Celin 500 Allegra 120 Pantop Health Ok Sachet I am not feeling any issues as of now except dry cough. Doctor has advised blood tests including IL-6, D-Dimer, CRP, Ferritin, cretinine, CBC, LDH and SGPT. Out of which my LDH and SGPT value is higher than normal. LDH - 291 and SGPT - 251. Rest all reports like IL6, d-dimer, CRP, Cretinine, Ferritin etc. are in normal range. Need help on what should be the next steps. Am I in high risk of Covid or what? Pulse Oximeter shows reading from 95-98 during whole day but my pulse is around 110 most of the times
