I have high serum cholesterol level from 220 to 245 since last 10 years. Since last few months, I feel like blood circulation in my body parts is slowing down if I sit/sleep in same posture for more than 5 min. That part is getting pain. If I sleep while my head is facing ground. Next whole day I get headache. If I sleep on left side, next whole day my left shoulder and hand will catch pain. Some times I get vibrations in my left hand too. It feels like blood pressure may be high. I have checked my Blood pressure levels they are normal. I haven't taken any medicine for this yet.
