I had normal delivery on 22nd Jan 2021 If I belly bind with cotton cloth or belt , I feel severe back pain I still have mommy tummy so , should I belly bind or not Thanks in advance

I am 35 yrs old and had Covid 8 month ago. Now past 3 days I'm feeling body pain mainly and headfullness kinda headache. 4 days ago I have kept oil on my hair and poured water itself on my head with shampooing and all. Not sure if I am feeling like due to that because I have taken this type of head bath for the first time.

I was breastfeeding my son till one year. Now he's 19 months and I stopped breast feeding since last 7 months. And stopped lactating in a week. But from last 3-4 days I can see that it started again, not much but I can see few drops. recently I diagnosed with vitamin d deficiency and taking vitamin d and calcium medicine. Is that the reason? Or anything else? What should I do now?
