Headache, sore throat and cold
I'm having headache, sore throat and cold from past two days. Took Dolo 650 to reduce fever, but sore throat and headache is still there. Can someone please suggest me if I need to have covid test or not. Also, please suggest medications.

U can try strepsils lozenges for sore throat 4times daily for 3days
Drink only hot water
