Migrane or sinus medicine dont work
I have headache very often 2-3 times a week. i don't understand whether this has any concern related to sinus or migrane. pulsing type of headache on one side most of the times. Taking headache medicine helps some times. Any specific medicine should I take and dosage. tried diclogem, combiflam, somo, brufen 200 mg, dolo ,650. i feel like acidity due to these tablets.
