I have problem of tingling of hands and feet from more time my vitamin b12 is 226.8 due to this its tingling can someone help me

My mother is having 251 sugar pp..doctor suggested to take tab gibtulio 25 mg (0.5-0-0) before food...how much before food she should take the tablet???is it before half an hour of food??pls suggest

Recently I did a mantoux test and was tested positive. After that the hand where the mini bump occured (thanks to mantoux test) started itching & paining. Hello, My mom is having low bp 97/78 right now. She is feeling diziness and sleepy. Yesterday she had vomited her food out. Yesterday she was on liquid diet like moong water, orsl etc. Today she had some khichdi and other liquids. But she is still feeling diziness and her bp in morning was 105/61 and now it is 97/78.
