Asked for Male, 34 Years

Hello Doctors, Last seven days i treat my self as covid suspect and take presicription for the same. But i have sore throat and cough, my oxygen level is 97 to 99,No breathing problem as i am living in noida no rtpcr test available by any lab. Here i attached my prescription as well. Is there any serious issue??? Please suggest. I isolate my self from last 7 days.
