After my follicular monitoring and egg rupture , I started taking duphaston 10 as suggested by my gynaecologist. Should I stop this medicine to get periods as I have not got periods at 31 day of my cycle. Also I did upt which is negative. So should I stop taking duphaston?

Hi ,my wife had fever and nausea a week back,then the fever got alright however nausea and vomiting while taking solid food is happening since but no fever.We checked with doctor and she's been taking vomikind, paracetamol,antiflu,winkast as prescribed by doctor .Covid PCR results are negative and recent blood report states platelet count is 1.39 and total WBC count is 3900.What could be wrong?how can it be treated further?
