Hi, i am 72 years old with diabetes. I have 101 fever and feeling light headed. I might have covid but not able to get tested because testing capacity is reached for almost all labs. I dont know what to do and which medicines to take. Please suggest.

When is HR CTC advisable in covid? I am getting fever and its just 3rd day My M.D wants me to do HR CTC?is it advisable to do it in just very begining of fever? Plz advice

Two days back on Sunday I had loose motions then on Monday had headeque and temperature 98.3 so took paracetamol. In throat it's feeling like something is struck. Now loose motions stopped. Kindly guide if it is something to worry in this situation.
